Based in Aston, a new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic SME on a permanent basis. This company offer an early finish on a Friday, Christmas shutdown and company profit share.
You will be working for a company that is committed to providing outstanding customer service and are continually striving to improve their service. You will be an integral part of a family run business helping to support the daily functions of the business.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be:
- Producing planning documents to ensure that company resources are being used efficiently
- Dealing with customer quotations, following up quotes and converting into orders to increase company profits
- Ordering raw materials and tooling and assisting with the Health and Safety documentation
- Preparing manufacturing analysis and cost analysis
- Supporting the Production Manager and liaising with the team on the shop floor
- Inputting data, processing orders and purchase orders
To be the successful Sales Administrator, you will have:
- Experience working within the Engineering / Fasteners industry
- A knowledge of ISO 9001
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, in particular, Microsoft Excel
- Able to use measuring equipment in order to calculate weights, lengths and diameters of parts
- Fastener trade experience would be desirable
You may have experience of the following: Production Assistant, Purchasing Co-orindator, Sales Administrator, Production, Quality Assistant, Engineering Co-ordinator, Support Assistant, Office Assistant and Customer Service Advisor.
As the Sales Administrator, you will receive a salary of circa £21,000 dependant on experience plus the following benefits:
- 29 days holiday including Bank Holidays
